The Platt Park People's Association (3PA) is a city of Denver Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO). It is also an organizational member of Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC), the citywide umbrella organization for RNOs.
About 3PA
Mission & Purpose
Our purpose is to build a vibrant and welcoming community for the future.
In order to do that, we will focus on our mission to support, engage, and advocate for those who live, work, and play in Platt Park.

We will represent the voices of Platt Park within the neighborhood and the greater Denver community.

We will increase community engagement to meet the needs of our dynamic neighborhood.

We will address neighborhood concerns (e.g. crime and safety) together with the relevant city and state officials.
3PA serves nearly 4,000 residences and the businesses in the neighborhood bounded by Broadway, Downing,
I-25 and Evans.
3PA membership is open to all residents and as well as business and property owners within these boundaries.
