About 3PA

The Platt Park People's Association (3PA) is a city of Denver Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO).  3PA serves nearly 3,000 homes and the businesses in the neighborhood bounded by Broadway, Downing, I-25 and Evans. 3PA membership is open to all residents and as well as business and property owners within these boundaries.
